Liao Min, Vice Minister of Finance of China, attended the opening ceremony of the Workshop on Climate-Smart Connectivity Infrastructure: Financing Innovations and Best Practices and delivered a speech, on Nov 20, 2023.  

Organized by China's Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and the World Resources Institute, the event invited government officials of developing countries and representatives from financial institutions to exchange views on infrastructure financing and practices in response to climate change.
