Lan Fo'an, China’s Minister of Finance, met with Alvaro Lario, President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), in Beijing on Oct 17. 

The two sides exchanged views on overall cooperation between China and the IFAD, the IFAD’s China country strategic opportunities programme (2025-2030), and the China-IFAD South-South and Triangular Cooperation Facility.
