Lan Fo'an, the Minister of Finance of China, met with Dilma Rousseff ,the President of the New Development Bank (NDB), on Nov 6, 2023.
The two sides exchanged views on various issues, including but not limited to the NDB's role in the BRICS mechanism and international cooperation, NDB membership expansion, local currency investment and financing, and cooperation between China and the NDB.
