Liao Min, the Vice Minister of Finance of China, met with Dilma Rousseff, the President of the New Development Bank (NDB), at  the NDB headquarters in Shanghai on Nov 5, 2023.

The two sides exchanged views on such issues as the NDB's role in the BRICS mechanism and international cooperation,  NDB membership expansion, and local currency investment and financing.
