Liao Min, Vice Minister of Finance of China, met with a mission team from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the Article IV Consultation at MOF on Oct 24, 2023. 

The two sides exchanged views on cooperation between China’s Ministry of Finance and the IMF, as well as issues related to China’s local government debt.
