The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) signed a loan agreement on November 11, 2022 for Fujian Xianyou Mulan River Basin Integrated Ecological Improvement and Environmental Management Project. 

 

The loan totals about 190 million euros with a term of 25 years, including a grace period of 12 years. It will be used to mitigate ecological and environmental risks in the Mulan River Basin by improving the smart environmental management capacity and innovating financing mechanism of the area involved in the project.
