Yang Yingming Holds Video Meeting with Co-chairs of G20 JFHTF and Executive Director of JFHTF Secretariat

Yang Yingming, Director-General of the Department of International Economic Relations of China’s Ministry of Finance, met with Wempi Saputra, Indonesian G20 Finance Deputy, and Alessandro Rivera, Italian G20 Finance Deputy, who are both co-chairs of the G20 Joint Finance-Health Task Force (JFHTF), and Jakob von Weizsacker, Executive Director of the JFHTF Secretariat, via video link on April 21, 2022.   

The participants of the meeting had an in-depth exchange of views on issues related to global health governance and financing for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.  

Representatives from the Indonesian Ministry of Health were also present at the meeting.
