Li Hongxia, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation of China’s Ministry of Finance and IDA Deputy of China, attended the meeting and delivered her remarks. 

All parties agreed on the IDA20 Policy Package as well as IDA20 Financing Scenarios and Financing Framework. As a responsible developing country, China has constructively participated in IDA20 replenishment consultation and policy framework formulation, promoted IDA’s synergy with the Global Development Initiative, and supported the World Bank’s efforts to achieve its twin goals of eradicating extreme poverty and promoting shared prosperity.
