An informal seminar of the Executive Board (EB) of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) on its graduation policy was held via video link on July 22. Li Hongxia, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation of the Ministry of Finance, participated in the seminar and delivered comments on behalf of the Chinese side.
