The 11th Governing Council (GC) Meeting of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Institute (CAREC Institute) was held on July 16 in a virtual modality. Han Bin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation, Ministry of Finance, attended the meeting on behalf of the Chinese side.

At the meeting, representatives discussed CAREC Institute Strategy 2021-2025, revision of the Advisory Council rules, progress of the Financial Sustainability Working Group and other issues, and adopted the 10th Governing Council Meeting proceedings.
