The 60th Council Meeting of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) was held via video link from June 14 to 18. Zhou Qiangwu, Deputy Director-General (DG level) of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation of China’s Ministry of Finance, attended the virtual meeting as the GEF Council Member for China and delivered his statements.
