In order to promote the participation of Chinese enterprises in UN procurement, the Department of Treasury (Office of Government Procurement Administration) of the Ministry of Finance published the Chinese version of the United Nations Procurement Manual on the Chinese government procurement website on April 27, 2020. It is available at www.ccgp.gov.cn/wtogpa/.
The manual provides operational guidance on the principles, policies and procedures of the various stages of the procurement actions conducted by UN agencies. This manual can facilitate Chinese enterprises in understanding and complying with UN procurement rules.
