On June 26, 2026, Minister of Finance Lan Fo’an met with Brazilian Minister of Finance Durigan in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on the current macroeconomic situation, exchanges and cooperation in bilateral and multilateral financial cooperation mechanisms and other related issues.

The meeting was attended by Assistant Minister of Finance Chang Junhong, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China Chen Bin, Vice President of the Bank of China Liu Chenggang, Brazilian Ambassador to China Marcos Galvao, Brazilian Vice Ministers of Finance Alencastro, Leal, and Reis.
