Minister of Finance Lan Fo’an met with Paul Chan Mo-po, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, in Beijing on March 22.

They exchanged views on topics such as the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), the global economic situation, and strengthening fiscal and financial cooperation between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
