China’s Minister of Finance Lan Fo’an met with Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank (NDB), at the Ministry of Finance, on Dec 8, 2025. 

The two sides exchanged views on the NDB’s operation and development, as well as China’s cooperation with the NDB. 

China’s Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min also attended the meeting.
