China’s Minister of Finance Lan Fo’an met with Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), who was in Beijing to attend the “1+10” Dialogue on Dec 8, 2025. 

The two sides exchanged views on issues including the macroeconomic situation, China’s fiscal policy, global economic imbalances and the IMF’s Article IV Consultation with China. 

China’s Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min also attended the meeting.
