Lan Fo'an, Minister of Finance of China, met with Vera Esperanca dos Santos Daves de Sousa, Minister of Finance of Angola, in Beijing on March 11, 2024. Finance Minister Vera Daves was on her visit to China. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as bilateral relations between China and Angola and Angola's debt issues. Liao Min, Vice Minister of Finance of China, Zhao Huan, Chairman of China Development Bank, and Wu Fulin, Chairman of Export-Import Bank of China, also attended the meeting.
