Liu Kun, China's Minister of Finance, met with Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on Aug 31, 2023. 

The two sides exchanged views on such topics as the global and China's economic situations, China's fiscal policies and the cooperation between China’s Ministry of Finance and the IMF.
