Liu Kun, Minister of Finance of China, met with Nikolai Snopkov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, on July 10, 2023. The two sides exchanged ideas on issues of common concern. Wang Dongwei, Vice Minister of Finance of China, Wu Fulin, Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, and Tan Jiong, President of China Development Bank, also attended the meeting.
