Liu Kun, China's Minister of Finance, met with Dilma Rousseff, former president of Brazil, via video link, on March 3. 

 

The two sides exchanged views on such issues as BRICS cooperation, the future development and governance of the New Development Bank (NDB) and cooperation between China and the NDB.
