The 20th Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Ministerial Conference was held virtually on Nov. 17，2021. It was co-chaired by Azerbaijan as the presidency of the CAREC and Asian Development Bank.
The meeting reported the progress of the implementation of the CAREC 2030 Strategy in key areas such as infrastructure and economic connectivity,and endorsed the CAREC Health Strategy 2030 and the CAREC Digital Strategy 2030, and issued a Joint Ministerial Statement.
Vice Finance Minister Yu Weiping led the Chinese delegation to attend the conference and delivered his speech at the meeting.
