The opening ceremony of the 2021 Asian Evaluation Week, hosted by the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and co-organized by the Shanghai National Accounting Institute (the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute) and ADB’s Independent Evaluation Department, was held via video link on Sept 6. Vice Finance Minister Zhu Zhongming attended the meeting and delivered opening remarks.
