The 13th ASEM Finance Ministers' Meeting was held in Sofia, Bulgaria on April 26th, 2018. The meeting focused on the global and Eurasian macroeconomic situation, taxation and economic digitalization, and financial network security. Vice Finance Minister Cheng Lihua led Chinese delegation to attend the meeting and delivered a speech.
