The second China-Germany High-Level Financial Dialogue was held in Beijing on January 18, 2019. Vice Premier Liu He and Olaf Scholz, Vice Chancellor and Minister of Finance of Germany, co-chaired the event. 

Vice Minister Liao Min was also in attendance and delivered a keynote speech on the macro-economic situation and global economic governance.
