Zou Jiayi, Vice Minister of Finance and Alternate Governor for China of the New Development Bank (NDB), made a speech at a special meeting of the NDB's Board of Governors on May 27, 2020.

The meeting elected Marcos Prado Troyjo of Brazil as the new President of the NDB, appointed Anil Kishora of India as the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the NDB, and also discussed progress on the expansion of new membership.
