Announcement No. 5 [2026]，Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council  

　　To expand high-standard opening-up and promote common development between China and Africa, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, zero tariffs will be applied from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2028 to 20 African countries that have established diplomatic relations with China and are not classified as the least developed countries. The list of countries concerned and the relevant tariff lines and rates are provided in the annex.
