In order to implement the consensus reached on the key outcomes in China-U.S. economic and trade consultations, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of China, including the Tariffs Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, as well as fundamental principles of international law, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, with the approval of the State Council, announces that the additional tariff measures stipulated in the Announcement on Imposing Tariffs on Certain Imports Originating from the United States (Announcement No. 2 of 2025) will be terminated, effective from 13:01 on November 10, 2025.

The termination of certain bilateral additional tariffs between China and the United States is in line with the fundamental interests of both countries and their peoples, meets the expectations of the international community, and is conducive to advance bilateral economic and trade relations to a higher level.
