 General Administration of Customs,

 In accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Duties and the Framework Agreement on Economic, Trade, Investment and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Kiribati, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided to grant the Republic of Kiribati Most Favored Nation (MFN) treatment in terms of import and export tariffs from July 1, 2020. MFN tariff rates shall apply to import goods originating in the Republic of Kiribati according to the Customs Tariff of Import and Export of the People's Republic of China (2020) (Announcement No. 9 [2019], Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council).
