Zhang Wencai, Director-General of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation, Ministry of Finance, and Danny Alexander, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), signed the MOU for preparing the AIIB’s Fifth Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors in Beijing on December 20, 2019.

Upon the approval of the State Council and the resolution of the AIIB’s Fourth Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors, it was decided that the fifth meeting would be held in Beijing on July 2 and 3, 2020.
