On May 22, 2019, Mr. GAO Jinxing, Director-General of the Supervision and Evaluation Bureau (SEB) of the Ministry of Finance, and Ms Wincey Lam, Head of Finance and Administration at the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote cooperation on audit regulation. Mr. James Lau, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury at the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, MsSONG Wei, Deputy-Director of the Coordination Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Dr Kelvin Wong Tin-yau, Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council, witnessed the signing ceremony.
